I know a lot of my readers reside on the southern hemisphere, so bear with me!
This saturday the 12th I'll be participating in
a fashion challenge of turning off the heater, and bundling up (and probably sitting by the fireplace). The point is to take a step back in time and keep the hands off the electric heater, while still staying stylish (no
Slankets allowed!).
So Saturday I'll pull together a warm, stylish, practical outfit for being at home, and I can't wait to see what other bloggers wear!

Oh, I've never heard of this. Good luck, and I can't wait to see what you wear! :-)
Living in Scotland, I've been bundling up like this since August :| And probably will be until June!
What an interesting concept! Can't wait to see what stylish outfit you come up with, while still staying warm!!! :)

Ooh what an interesting concept. Personally i hate having the heater on too much and many people can find me around the house with many layers on!
I can't wait to see what ensemble you come up with!
I do this everyday anyway! Our home is from 1912, The boiler is no more and those electric heaters are no match for the high ceilings! I've learned that vintage fur collars are my best friend!
No Slankets but remember. ladies are often seen pictured with their cashmere shawls close by so they did use some form of a wrap to keep warm, but this was much earlier than the era from which you dress.
Thanks for posting on this! I really appreciate it. And remember, fellow commenters - you're all welcome to join in! Show us what you're made of.. :]!
That is one fashionable lass.
Well, as a southern hemisphere reader with excessive summer heat plaguing us - perhaps I could have a day with the airconditioner off?
E.Driscol. of course! It would be great to hear your experience too!
OH, I can't wait to see your outfit!!
Hahah, slankets give me nightmares.

tack för länken! har inte läst där innan, men det var mycket spännande! :D
Ooh, sounds sensible and fun. I now wish I was at home on Saturday instead of a costume party at another town. But I am sure you'll be glamorous!!!
