I've had this skirt for ages, but never wore it because the circle style was not the most flattering style on me. But last night I was sick of
not wearing it, so I turned it into a broomstick skirt. Much better :)

Super cute skirt!!
This is so cute! And it looks great on you!
:o)Sarah
You look good Kitten!
I love all your kitty clothes. Also, what is a broomstick skirt?
They make me think of the cats from Lady and the Tramp "we are Siamese if you please..."
very cute!
*Dies of the cuteness* I am so glad you fixed it so you could wear it. It IS glorious.
Love it!!!! You have the best kitty stuff!
Oh my gosh! A Si and Am lady and the tramp skirt! I have my eyes on one with the title characters but it is soooo expensive :( You're lucky to have found such a special print!
yes, do tell, what is the difference between a broomstick and a circle skirt?
I absolutely LOVE that skirt! Ahh me wants!
Gorgeous. You shouldn't look so good in hats - your blog has driven me into a frenzy of vintage hat buying! By the way, I would also like to know what a broomstick skirt is. I also find circle and very gathered skirts unflattering on my figure, prob b/c I have generous hips. Ta, Maria
I love that the outfit is black - you look great. p.s I want those crinolines up there!!
Can I just say I'm dying over this skirt?! I try to find circles and you don't like them...well if I had legs like yours I could wear slimmer skirts too ;)
p.s. I haz a Siamese kitty :D
Oh my goodness! That kitty skirt is sooooo adorable! I love it!

Awww, what a sweet skirt!
Adorable!
J'adore! Wow, just wow. I love the petticoats just casually draped from the ceiling... For those wondering, a broomstick skirt is a skirt that has been wetted then twisted around a broomstick and left to dry. This reduces some of the fullness in the fabric and generally leaves crinkles. Once again, j'adore ca.
A-Mazing!
you are always rocking those kitty clothes!!! this is so pretty!
I ♥ this skirt. As one commenter stated, it does look like the Siamese cats from "Lady and the Tramp" Just adorable!
Gorgeous skirt, and very cute shoes!
What a great skirt! It reminds me of the Siamese cats in Lady and the Tramp
You're as pretty as a peach!
BTW, I thought that I'd add this: I went to the store after reading your blog & checking out some reviews and bought a tub of Pond's Cold Cream and Cetaphil. My skin has literally instantly cleared! It's amazing! Thanks for sharing.
oh thats very cute!
Love it!
Oh circle skirts.. I have one I am not sure what to do with as well. Gorgeous fabric but really not my shape. Love what you've done with yours! So much cat-wear :D

Hello! Long time reader, first time poster here.
After all, this skirt is so freaking fabulous, how could I NOT post? Then again, that's basically how I feel about most of your outfits. Especially since you seem to share my love of cats, haha.
Anyways! Just wanted to say I love your style and your blog! It's very inspiring. I hope to comment more often in the future. :)

OH MY GOSH I LOOOOOOVE THAT SKIRT!!!! so freaking fabulous-you are one of my inspirations, you have the cutest clothes i have seen. I shop sometimes and think hmmm....would this be on the vixen vintage??
Kitty design is also pretty and kids like it very much but youngsters also can wear kitty printed clothes. The skirt you have wore is really nice and it suites well on you.
i love that skirt, its amazing! also i love the socks with heels look!
LRC, thats great!
A broomstick skirt is a gathered skirt which is wrapped around a broomstick and let to dry so it gathers nicely.
