Sam and I had a blogging conversation the other day.

Sam: "I write something, then think 'oh. I guess I have to post pictures too.'"

Me: "Thats funny because I post pictures then think 'oh. I guess I have to write something too.'"

So there. I wrote something.

lol, great post.
I'm the same way, the writing is an afterthought, they say a picture is worth a 1000 words though.
I've started following his blog too, it's great to see a straight male dress well, such a rarity.

that skirt is just fabulous. I just made a suspender skirt and feel that are so stylish and flattering. I feel the same way about posting too. I have all these fabulous pictures I want to share but then feel like I probably should right something to justify the post:D

I do the same as you Solanah. I take pictures, upload them and then sit there for like 10 minutes trying to think of something to say.

I love that skirt. You're write, suspender skirts are fantastic. I need to find one, I keep seeing people wearing them and being jealous. Haha. :)

Is it weird that I get really excited whenever I see that you've posted something new?

I have been lurking for a while, but I had to stop and tell you I love love love that skirt. I have been looking for one and it has not been an easy search. This gives me hope. I love your style, you have inspired me to try to be more stylish on an everyday basis, despite how busy my day is. There is always some excuse.

Hi Solanah,

I am a new fan of your fashion, class, glamour and of course your writing! I wanted to know what color your eyes are? Are they green? Pale Greenish-Brown? Hazel perhaps? Mine are a similar shade and pretty pale. I never know what to tell people when they ask what color mine are. THANKS SO MUCH

Hello Flower Girl :)

My eyes are a dark green, so they often look brown when the light is dull :) So it often surprises people when they see I actually have green eyes!

I agree with Sarah Dee! Pictures are the most important and yours are always lovely. I heart this outfit, especially the shoes.

Your photos are just so beautiful, can I ask who takes them? The quality is perfect especially the close-ups... LL

One of my favorite outfits of yours! The blouse and skirt are perfect together!

Plus, I don't think any of us would mind if you just posted pictures -- in fact...maybe you could post some and let US write the captions! That might be fun.

Love reading your blog!

Looking good :-)

The written part of blogging sure doesn't come easy to me. In an ideal world I'd lead my entire life hidden behind a lens.

I always think suspender skirts look so sexy, but feel I'm too well-endowed to wear.
If you're not Solanah (who obviously can pull this off impeccably), can you wear suspender skirts with a large chest? Do you think the fuller blouse works best?
Thoughts on this anyone?

Leia Lace, thank you! I take these outfit pictures with a tripod :)

Amy Gail, I think suspenders skirts look great on anyone, but find the right size suspenders can be the hard part.
