i am in love with petticoats, my parents who just got back from a trip in the u.s. bought me my very first crinoline from the bettie page store. just wondering, in relation to your last post on how to wear a crinoline, are these suitable for 50s skirts, or are they the modern type that you talked about? much thanks. meg xx

Amazing - now planning a petticoat outfit for tomorrow!
I love the ad for the packable petticoat. How clever to be able to pull out the hoops and pack them into a tiny bag for travel!
oh the 4th one! Forever a favourite. xx
I think it's petticoats which make me wear vintage.. Some kind of a late princess complex....
These are so pretty. Oh, I do need to acquire a petticoat!
I never get tired of looking at pictures of lovely puffy fluffy dresses!

I absolutely love the 4th picture down! It's amazing.

The petticoat with the hoops is so neat! ;) Loving the "Florida fashions" page; how things have changed... ;)
These are beautiful, I am now even more convinced my petticoat was one of my best ever purchases!
From Carys of La Ville Inconnue
Frankly my dear, that one should work great, the ones the don't are made specifically for square dancing :)
if only that petticoat was still $4.98 :(
