Some opt for upright storage, like a hat stand, so they stack right on it. But my problem with that is you have to take them all off the stand to get to the one you want at the base.
Some people have them mixed loose in a box, but if you're looking for a certain style/color, it can take forever to dig through.
So I store my little collection in vintage stocking boxes. They're satin quilted boxes with six sections meant for rolled up stockings. But they fit bangles perfectly!
So using a vintage shoe holder works great, especially for vintage braziers, which don't have underwires to hinder fitting in a small pocket.

Oooh, love the bangle storage...been struggling with that lately, and I agree about the annoyance of an upright situation. Must look into glove boxes more seriously...
this is lovely!I love those satin hosiery boxes,I keep them for trinkets but the long ones are perfect for bangles!I never would have thought of that.I keep brooch in mine.
Brilliant!!
Such brilliant ideas and I have never heard or seen quilted stocking boxes before. The colours of your bangles are just beautiful.
That's a very inventive way of storing your bras.
I wish I'd tought of it :D
WOW, great idea about bangle storage. I had been considering an upright system but realised it would be problematic.
thanks for the great post.
Fabulous storage ideas! I'm useless at organisation.

Great ideas. I also liked the pin holder in the first picture. I have lots of cute pins that I don't wear because I forget about them in the drawer so I may have to try that.
Great idea! I have several of those boxes- I use them for handkerchiefs, but, heck, they can always get folded in a drawer. Going to put my bracelets in there right now! :)
Funnily enough yesterday evening I was unpacking my jewelry (finally--it only took me two months. :p), and pondering how the heck to store all my bangles! I think I'll have to implement this... if I can find the space. When we moved from FL, we lost nearly 300 square feet and a storage closet (plus we had two walk-in closets in our old place. Talk about spoiled!), which means that it's been a real task getting everything to fit and not look cluttered. So anything that hangs or takes up only a smidgen of space is a winner in my book! ;)
OMG! that bangle idea is AMAZING. I might be stealing it.
LOL! Now THAT is a post title - Bangles and Bras - love it. The shoe holder as bra holder idea is amaze!
I love the idea! I think I might just have to do the same.
Great Post!!! such awesome creative ideas...I might actually have to use some of these amazing storage tips...keep em coming!!!
I'm a sucker for your storage and organization posts. Who would ever guess that you can stuff so many lovely belongings into shoebox sized apartments, and still have them all accessible!
What great ideas! Where do you find all your bangles? You have a wonderful collection!
Absolutely love the way you store the underwire bras. Its so annoying when you start to lose the shape of the bra, especially the ones that are your favourite. x
Such a great way to store stockings. Very smart.
Love this!! Quick question. Is that pink bangle bakelite/catalin?? If so, what product did you use to return it to its orginal color? :) than you!
ha ha ha - I have to say I am giggling quite hard at idea of fitting one of my bras into a shoe sized pocket! It looks gorgeous though and I am quite green with envy
Fantastic ideas! Unfortunately, I have very little wall space left but if I get more I might give this a go one day. :)

I have to agree with Shona I too would struggle to fit one of my bras in a pocket like that, but it's a great idea!
I do love the bangle storage, I've just been organising my jewellery lately and bangles proved difficult but your idea is excellent, thanks for sharing!
I like the idea of using vintage hosiery boxes...no idea that these existed...but these would be easy to make too with some cardboard and quilted pad and some spray adhesive.
wow, I love your strategy in bangles collection. So lovely idea!
