23rd outfit

Photobucket

Sunday Sam and I walked around 23rd for some window shopping. It was really nice to see the area so bustling and busy, when the economy first sunk there were so many empty shop fronts, but so many great things have opened up recently.

We stopped by Moonstruck for some Champagne truffles for Grandma, and I couldn't resist the chocolate kitty. It was kind of hard to eat such cuteness though...

This blouse is another reproduction vintage item, from Jitterbuggin. It's my favorite repro item, along with the airplane blouse, I wear them at least once a week. The fit is amazing, plus they're locally made, which is as good as it gets.

Another locally made item is my Lady Tie! Because ladies need ties too. They're a cute little accessory that adds a little panache to an outfit, and made in Portland Oregon. Not to mention the packaging is darling. I'm a sucker for cute packaging.

Oh! Such a brilliant outfit! It is absolutely stunning! I'm completely in love with that skirt, and own something similar in brown!
- When I was younger, I had a kitten candle, and in a black out we had to light it. It was hard to watch such a cute kitten melt : (

I adore the summery, warm, beautiful hues of this outfit, and how you styled it. The lady tie is a total gem, one of those things you didn't per se know your wardrobe was missing until you saw it, but which instantly goes on your wish list.

Oodles of hugs & cheerful Wednesday wishes,
♥ Jessica

Love the lady tie. I have a 40s house dress in a very similar pattern to that blouse and it's one of my favourites.

And those shoes are just too adorable, they remind me of lolita shoes (like mixture of tea parties, mary janes and rocking horse shoes).

Don't know how you did it, I wouldn't be able to eat such a cute kitty!
