Waiting for spring

I tried to channel a bit of Alice today, it felt like one of those weird, dark days (gray clouds anyone?). I'm eagerly awaiting some sunny spring days where I can wear cotton dresses without jackets, and I found a darling striped sailor dress today at work I'm dying to wear, but it's definitely a warm weather frock. Sigh.

Your hair is adorable and your dress reminds me of one of my favorite Bradbury wallpapers:

The weather has been stormy/windy here in Chicago since Easter... and tomorrow it might snow!

Love the pattern of your dress and the peek of pink underneath.

So cute! And so very much like spring! I'm also eager for warmer weather, although it can wait a bit, until I'm ready with the two dresses I'm working on =)
Isn't it strange how one so often feels like wearing the type of clothes that doesn't quite suit the current weather? Weird...

I have those socks too. They're from Target. :)

I love that dress! I've been loving that style, lately. It's similar to one I've just bought but mine has great big pockets on the front.

far too cute for words. I love the dress. The socks and shoes certainly are alice-like and look great with the dress.

I can't wait to see the sailor dress!

This one is really cute too . . . it seems like such a perfect almost-Spring rain cloudy day dress!

Oh please give us a sneak pic of the sailor dress! I am addicted to all things nautical this year, but haven't found anything grand yet. :)

Qs Daydream, that was so cool! I love it when big designers take such an interest, I hope you can get the dress!

You look so wonderfully pretty, sweetie! I especially love the teal hued knee socks, that colour is one of my all-time favourites.

Wishing you a gorgeous Friday & weekend ahead!
