Bob's Red Mill

Photobucket

Today I joined my grandma and The Pink House girls in a little trip to Bob's Red Mill. We had breakfast/lunch, and picked up some yummy things to take home. They have everything, I really should have brought a list of specialty ingredients for recipes, they had it all. I ended up with some hot cereal mix and really colorful beans. What can I say, I  was more attracted to the pretty food than the neutral grains.

What a lovely day out and about (at such a charmingly fantastic looking building).

I really like how that hues in that big bag of mixed dried beans compliments your pretty handmade cardigan so nicely.

Wishing you a beautiful Wednesday,

But those colourful beans are all so healthy so pretty is good! Just been over to the Pink House (online obviously bit to far personally!), nice to see the girls here too!

I totally hear you about always being attracted to pretty food rather than sensible food - I always go to gelati places and think they look just like that scene in Hook where they have the imaginary food food and thus assume the gelati will taste amazing. It never lives up to my Hook dreams.

I love that first picture of you, so fun! And I'm still very envious of your knitting skills, I adore your cardigan

Oh wow! It looks like such a nice place! We had to get some of Bob's stuff over here in Scotland when we first tried to make seitan! Nice to see the place behind the package! I wish I lived in a big red barn in a warm climate! :) haha! Oh, and you guys all look adorable! Zoë x

Oh I love Bob's Red Mill! They're such a cool company, I was lucky enough to get to meet Bob at Expo West a few weeks ago (it was seriously the highlight of my trip but I'm kind of a grains nerd...) anyways it looks like you had a great time! Love the photos!
