Easter outfit

 photo 1_zpsc26eef97.jpg

Swedish Hasbeens sent me these shoes just in time for Easter (and a small break in the rain). I love Hasbeens, they're oddly comfortable and these will be perfect for summer!
This outfit was partially inspired by Chocolat, it's been ages since I've watched it, but her outfits always stick on my head. And how cute is this skirt?! Apparently a lot of girls in this area have it, it's a wagon trail print which I like to believe is the Oregon Trail :)

Gorgeous outfit! The colors look surprisingly well together, and--ugh--I've been wanting a pair of clog-style shoes for a while. Have a happy Easter!

Please take this in the manner it was intended (admiringly), but I have been following your blog for the past few years and I have so enjoyed seeing how your style has changed as well as how you've aged. You are going to be one of those women who just gets more and more beautiful as she ages. And I hate people who tell women to smile as much as anyone else, but your smile in these photos just seems so beautiful and open. You look just amazing.

I love Chocolat, I think it's sort of my feeling-sad-need-a-pick-me-up movie. Except it makes me believe I should work in a small village in Europe, where I can teach the community how to love and eat bucket loads of chocolate while wearing gypsy skirts and wraps. Great outfit, I am definitely going to check out this etsy shop now. :)

Wonderfully cute outfit and photos! I love that I get to see you sporting your Oregon Trail skirt. I must do an outfit devoted to mine one day as well (though, I'll admit, part of me wants to hold off on doing so until the glorious day when I finally get to visit Oregon in person for the first time).

I hope you guys had a splendid Easter!

Where is this magical pink house where I can swing in a lovely skirt and then ride a cow? I want to go there!

The outfit is perfection and you looked like you stepped out of a fairy tale.

The location...well it looks like it came right out of a dream.

I always re-watch Chocolat at this time of year and I definitely see the inspiration from Vienne's style in this outfit. The bright colours, the gorgeous beads, the swinging skirts all come together so beautifully.

I'm pretty sure it can only be an Oregon Trail skirt if a guy named Jimmy's dying of dysentery in the background or fording a river. Really awesome pairing with the blouse and shoes/socks, and I'm happy to hear about Hasbeens-- I'm always on the lookout for comfortable heels. Hope you're well!

You look happy and lovely! Happy Easter! One question from a fellow blogger: How does one get courtesy Hasbeens? I e-mailed the company asking if they work with bloggers, and their reply was basically, "Not interested." Is there something I'm doing or not doing to get such non-interest? Inquiring minds would love any suggestions!

I love the film and this outfit! The skirt is amazing with it's pattern. I love it when something is a bit more playful with the pattern or the shape.
